Wholesale Order, Delivery and Payment Information

Ordering

• Orders can be placed by Fax, Phone, Email or from our website at www.decorstands.com.au
• There are no minimum quantities required to obtain wholesale pricing.
• A "Sales Order Confirmation", will be sent to each customer after the order has been received by Décor Stands that outlines the total cost including freight, GST and the method of payment the customer has chosen to confirm all details listed are correct.
• Wholesale prices exclude GST
• All prices are subject to change without notice unless already invoiced. Any errors in the website and or errors in the distribution of product is unintentional and subject to change without notification.

Delivery

• Delivery charge (Freight) is not included in wholesale prices. Freight will be shown on each Sales Order Confirmation and will be added at the time of invoicing. All Prices are ex works, South East Queensland.
• Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days
• All deliveries must be signed for at the time of receiving the delivery. Should delivery be made and nobody is available to receive the goods resulting in the courier company having to redeliver the goods at a later date, then any extra delivery charges that Décor Stands incurs will be on forwarded to the buyer. Should the goods not be signed for on receipt of the delivery then Décor Stands nor the courier company will accept responsibility for damage, loss or missing parcels.

Payment

• Goods will be dispatched to delivery address once payment is received.
• Payment can be made by Cheque, Direct Credit into Décor Stands Account, C.O.D., Credit Card
