Ordering

  • How To Place Your Order!

    Step 1 - Place your order using our online order form below or download the Online Shop Order Form and fax it back to us on 07 3821-7357.

    Step 2 - Fill in the contact details, select the payment method you require and enter the quantity of the item/s that you require.

    Step 3 - A "Sales Order Confirmation", will be sent to you outlining your total cost including shipping/handling costs and the method of payment you have chosen.

    Step 4 -
    Payment by cheque or money order;

    Payment by Credit Card;
    We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard
    Décor Stands will phone you for card details when goods are ready for Dispatch.

    For your security, your credit card details are used to process payment at the time of our phone call to you. We do not process credit card transactions over the internet.

    Step 5 - Once payment has been received by Décor Stands, goods will be dispatched to your delivery address.

    NB - All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice unless already
    invoiced or a sales Confirmation has been sent to you. Any errors in the website and
    or errors in the distribution of product is unintentional and subject to change without
    notification.

Delivery

  • Delivery charge (Shipping & Handling) is not included in sell price. Shipping & Handling will be shown on each Sales Order Confirmation and will be added at the time of invoicing. All Prices are ex works, South East Queensland.
  • Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days
  • Items ordered from the online shop are shipped using Australia Post's regular parcel service.                                                                                                        

Within Australia

  • Shipping & Handling charges of A$5.00 will be added for postage under 250g in weight delivered within Australia.
  • Shipping & Handling charges of A$7.00 will be added for postage under 500g in weight
    delivered within Australia.  
  • A$3.00 will be added if you require your postage shipped by registered post. (Includes A$100 insurance)
  • If  Postage is over 500g in weight we will quote the most economical shipping option on the Sales Order Confirmation

International   

  • Contact us for the most economical shipping options and rates.  

Payment

  • Goods will be dispatched to delivery address once payment is received.
  • Payment can be made by Cheque, Money Order or by Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard Credit Cards
